Notes
Started with 5 gal of strike water for brew in bag. Started mash at 152°, fell to 148° reheated to 156°, fell to 145°. Mash effeciency was calculated very low, 44%. Needed to add more lactic acid than 3ml. Use Mash PH calculator next time. Used yeast from Sedivy Expedition Ale WLP001. 8/4/18 9:00 yeast may not be viable, very little bubbling. 8/5/18 bubling vigorusly, pushed a little yeast through airlock. Temp was around 70°. 8/21/18 Harvested 800ml yeast WPL001 from fermenter. Kegged Beer. Force carbonated. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
