Notes

Out of WlP013 at Brew Mentor, so subing 250ml of WLP 013 slurry from 3/11/18 to make 2L Starter. Will also add a fresh pack of WLP002 to ensure enough yeast if starter is not robust. 12/1/18 made starter 2 min O2, 68° at 12:00. 12/4/18 Boil off was higher than software input, so batch was a little small (5.28 gal). Changed boil off back to what it should be. Starting Specific Gravity was higher than should be so we will see how it works out. 12/23/18 Kegged beer and Harvested yeast. Force carbonated with Blichmann.
