Taste Notes
Pre cabonation very light in tast and color, slightly sweet, a little citrusy.Notes
5/2/19 Did not have Willimete Hops, so used UK Fuggle. Did not have WLP320 yeast, so used Nottingham. Heated 10 gal strike water with 4 tsp Gypsome. Acidic malt was insuffiecent PH drop. Used 5 gal distilled and 5 gal well water for strike. and 3 gal distilled and 3 gal well for sparge. Added 9 ml lactic acid to sparge water. O2 for 5 min. Pitched 4 rehydrated packs of Nottingham yeast 17:45. 6/4/19 Kegged about 9.75 gal 1 5 gal keg, 2 2.5 gal kegs. Collected a liter of Nottingham yeast.. Placed on CO2 6/6/19 Spiked 2.5 gal keg with 2 packs Cyristal light. placed on CO2. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
