6/13/9 Using 400 ml harvested Nottingham, and one pack WLP013 for yeast. 6/15/19 Slow to ferment. 6/16/19 Vigorous fermentation pushed temp to 72°. 6/17/19 Fermentation temp down to 70. 73/19 Kegged 2 5 gal kegs to cold crash in Keezer. Will carbonate 7/4/19. Harvested Liter of yeast.
