1.0 pkgs Imperial Flagship A07 (Imperial #A07) Yeast 13

Taste Notes

Tast is very mild. not very bitter or malty, before chilling and carbonating.

Notes

In addition to Imperial Store yeast, will add WLP001 From Hilton Head Sunami. Way too much water in sparge, ended up with too much wort, possible close to 12 gal in fermenter. Very low starting gravity. 8/19 Kegged 11 gal. Chilled to 37° before carbonation. High attenuation made for slightly stronger than expected from OG but far less than planned.
