Fairly sweet, will try it chilled.Notes
Boiled 2.5 gal tap water for sanitation purposes, cooled to about 70°, then mixed 7lb of Honey in with water. Added 1 tsp of yeast nutriant. Mixed 18.8 gm of Go-Firm in 6 oz of 110° water, then added 3 5gm packets of Lavlin D-47 yeast to mix at 94°. let sit for 10-15 min, then mixed and set another 10 min. Mixed pre-heated honey with water. 3/31/20 Transfered to secondary fermenter, There has been no activity for a week. 4/14/20 checked specific gravity = 1.004. 5/12/20 Kegged, force carbonated under 10lb of CO2 in basement at 54°This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
