Notes

11/4/20 Mixed hops up by mistake, so not sure what boiled for 60min and what whirlpooled for 15min. Forgot to put in hops at whirlpool at first so whirlpooled for a while, then added hops for about 15min at 150° and below. Cooled wort to 70°, so waiting for temp to drop to 68°, While yeast is rehydrading on warmer. Oxgenated for 3min+. For some strange reason the pre boil gravity read 1.056 unless I was mistaken, but the post boil gravity measured 1.051. Must have mesread the first time. 11/6/20 Took two days for visible vigorous fermentation. 11/11/20 Fermentation very inactive. bumped temp up to 70°. 11/12/20 Stuffed 2.7oz Full cone hops into mesh cylinder and ropped on string into fermenter. Not sure if fully submersed. Shoud have made string longer. Only about of the Dry hops were wet. 11/23/20 Kegged. 11/24/20 Force Carbonated for and hour 20-30psi
