5 gallons, extract with grains; OG = 1.058 FG = 1.013 IBUs = 30 ABV = 5.9%
10-29-2020 Updated Ingredients to current inventory. Increased 60 minute Cascade from.75 to 1.00 to increase IBU Slightly

BrunWater target "Brown Balanced" Profile 70 ppm Sulfate, 55 ppm Chloride, pH 5.66. Actual pH measured 5.33, with mash salts only did not add any Lactic. Mash additions 2.67 Gypsum, 1.15 CaCl, .00 ml Lactic. Sparge additions, 1.68 Gypsum, .72, CaCL, 2.18 mL Lactic. Held the Lactic out since mash pH measured 5.33.
First brew to be fermented in new Spike Flex Fermentor using chilled water recirulation from fermentation freezer.

11-29-2020 10:30 AM Kewgged into keg #4 till it came out gas QD. OG 1.055, Tilt 1.015, Hydro 1.013. 1.055 to 1.013 = 5.6% ABV Attenuation 75.5%, 1450 is rated 74-76%. pH checked 4.46 @ 63.3. Looked like a little less than 1 Gallon left in Flex. Right where the cone starts was where the beer was. The pick up tube was almost straight down, maybe 10 degrees off. Could have taken more it was still running clear but the keg filled up so had to stop.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
