Notes

Sept 19 2020 Bring water 5.5 gal to 161 degree premash. After mashing in temp is 154 for 1 HR 2 min. Sparge 3 gallon for about 15 to 20 min to make 6.5 gallon of wert.

Comes close to tasting like Schell's Caramel bock that was retired in 2009. I was a fan then and wanted to bring back the flavors of the past.
