based on recipe from beer and brewing magazine. https://beerandbrewing.com/make-your-best-bohemian-pilsner/ Grain Bill: All german pilsner (best maltz) ~2% melanoiden for malt character since BIAB not compatible with decoction milled to 0.03” Water started with distilled, matched very soft “Czech Pilsner” profile 10ppm Ca, 4 Mg, 10 Na, 34 Cl, 16 SO4 Added 10ml lactic to lower mash pH but overshot it below 4.6 Hops I had hops issues. Pulled together some bittering hops with fuggle and chinook followed regiment of weblink best-bohemian but pulled back on whirlpool and dry hop whirlpool hops dropped at 190F dry hopped on day 6 @ 1.025 Mash- BIAB hit all of the numbers Czech pilsner lager wyeast, 2 packs, 2 stages @ 3L each Ferment SG 1.050 (hit target) 5.5G into plastic fermenter 5G into corny keg with spundig presurized closed loop arrangement https://www.homebrewtalk.com/forum/threads/pressurized-closed-loop-corny-keg-fermenting.600563/
