Taste Notes

5/25/2014. Tastes fucking awesome. Wine like nose. Tart, full bodied. Slightly sweet bready notes. Smooth, mellow bitterness.

Updated on 3/20/2014. Changed from an IPA to a Saison/IPA hybrid. Brewed on 3/30/2014 - Measured OG with Hydrometer: 1054 Hit 2 gallons into the fermenter on the nose. Check Gravity on 4/13/2014 (14 days) - 1.005 converted from 6 brix on refractometer. Check gravity on 4/19/2014 (20 days) Check gravity on 4/26/2014 (27 days) Check gravity on 5/3/2014 (34 days) Bottled on 5/10.
