Notes

added sugar to 1/2 gallon of r.o. water and mixed onthe stove. added that to the fermenter. whirlpooled the Sutana for 5 minutes then added the hopp debris to the fermenter before racking. Brew day took 3 hours, clean up took 1. Hit mash temps, hit mash out temp, sqeezed bag afer mashing. Did not use O2, shook the carboy instead.
