Taste Notes

After fermentation: Nice bitterness and a good balance to malt. Bottling: not sure if the dry-hopping was sufficient First tasting: A little soft on the aroma (like it more pungent), but the flavor is great. Slightly dry, but I think that's because the Anvil over-displays the mash temp a little. Should probably notch it up 2 degrees to compensate. 5/25/20: Fully carbonated, a little fizzy when warm. Very little body - very dry. Ok hop aroma, but needs more late hops/dry hops. Definitely need to msh at a higher temp to get more body OR ease back on the bittering hops

Notes

Brewday 3/21 Measured mash/boil tun loss to 1 cup Preboil vol 6.5 gal, preboil gravity 60. (Need to add a little more water next time) Overshot mash temp due to warm grains, added 1 qt of cold water OG: 1.064, while estimate was 1.072 +7: Finished fermenting in a week, SG 1.014-1.015. Lost maybe 0.25 gal in Fermonster Dryhop #1 when moving from fermentor into secondary +10 days: Dryhop #2 +15 days: Bottling. 25 x 22oz bottles, which is 4.29 gallons. Disappointingly low volume;. +22 days, realized I had messed up the sugars for the carbonation (only did half of what was needed. 4/18: Added carb tabs to each bottle 5/10: testing one bottle with too much air in next - See taste notes
