Taste Notes

Incredibly great tasting beer. Would love a little pine puch up front. Maybe a little waimea. Barbarian is a little thin.

Notes

Ferment at 64 deg. 14 ml. lactic acid for 5.2 pH. Dry hop at 50 deg for two days and then cold crash a day before kegging.
