Taste Notes

Very smooth, crisp, and clean beer. Has great head retention and a great mouth feel. This is a beer that someone who "isnt in to craft beer" could have their mind changed easily. Really clean fermentation to create a crystal clear beer. Only complaint would be a slight soapy flavor that a few people have mentioned while tasting. Still one delicious beer.
