Taste Notes
Added 8 oz of Light DME at boil to try and bring the OG up. Worked a little bit. Could have used more.
Racked to secondary on 2/25
Kegged on 3/7. Had to keg twice due to hole in first keg. Placed in wine celler after charging with CO2 for 1 hour at 30 psi.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
