Changed some grains (research this)
Reduced some hops (IBUs were too hi - around 150. needed to be around 118)
Increased 2 row from 17 to 18 lbs.
Boiled for 2.5 hours due to 8 Gal boil volume to end up with 5.5 gal.
Post boi9l volume 4.5 gal. Topped up to 5 Gal. Yeast starter (1.8L) made 5.5 gal.
OG 1.088....short by .02??!!
