Taste Notes

First batch - clocked in at 1047 - (boiled off a lot?) and was very tasty. A bit richer than the lower gravity version. Was well-received. 1469. Rebrew with SA04 - OG of 1044 (not as much boil-off? and grinder setting was a bit off after mill problems) Rebrew - april 2015 used old(ish) hops - hops still smelled good. Added extra EKG at 10 and extra Fugg at 5. Ended up at 1050, using S04. Subbed in Briess Crystal 60L as no british crystal available. Also first batch using Gleneagles MO.
