Notes
Went with morebeer grains and had their machines mill them.
Temp in Mashtun claimed 145 towards end of hour- was 140ish at the start.
I have no clue what the OG was out of the boil- i got three measure 1.056, 1.045 and 1.040... 1.045 was the most consistent though.
FG was 6.1brix - 1.024 so splitting difference and saying OG was 1.050, the result is 1.0008
Primed with 7Oz light DME for each 4.5 gallon bucket
Bottled on 9/1
Came out very well, just a hint of smokiness, could use a bit more, but overall pretty damn good.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
