I fucked up. It tastes like Bud. All the BMC drinkersat the Christmas party loved this brew. The European ale yeast produced well. Secondary was on the cool side around 62F. Clean and crisp lager like flavor. Give it a 40Notes
Mash efficiantcy 81.4 all other number were right on. Will give it a week and check gravity.
