Notes

Water was adjusted to be similar to that of London, England, using water as the base. 149F 90 min mash. 64F fermentation, 7 days in primary fermenter. Transfer to secondary and let rest for 2 weeks. After fermentation you may add ~1 tablespoon of vanilla and 1 cup of scotch, rum, burbon or whisky.
