Notes

Original hombrew recipe from Paul 'Zoc' Zocco. This is my take on 'PENNY WEIZ'; a collaboration with Paul 'Zoc' Zocco and Joe Lushing of 'THE OLD BURNSIDE BREWING CO.'. Beligian style white beer (Witbier).incorporates 54.5% Pilsner, 36% Wheat, .5% Oates, Heather Tips, Orange Peel and a wee bit Corriander. This was supposed to be called "Jaime's Weiz", but due to a clogged siphone tube turned to 'Jaime's Knockout Weiz'. Blowing on the clogged siphon tube caused the Vegus nerve to fire, (ie blackout). This caused a concussion due to the concrete floor. Hence knockout. Nice way to start my first 10 gal all grain brew. At the least it was memorable. I think.
