This experiment was brewed as one 7g batch.
Step mashed on a Grainfather with the following schedule 131 for 20min, 146 for 60 mins, and 168 for 15 mins.
At packaging the beer was split into two 2.5g kegs one of which was dosed with corn sugar and a bit of the same additional dry yeast strain and bottled.
The second was packaged and force carbonated. The Carbonation target was 2.7-3 volumes for both batches.
The OG was 1.084 and FG was 1.012 so the ABV is 9.7% so share with roommates if possible.
