to mash add .13 oz allspice, .013 oz clove, 1.25 oz sweet orange peel and 1.25 crushed rose hips to boil at .45 oz each of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to whirlpool add 1 oz each of cinnamon, clove, orange peel and allspice.
