by asottileBasic pale backbone, featuring cascade and galaxy hops. Smells great in the fermentation chamber and I am yet to dry hop!
Up the dryhop, lower the bittering hop amount, treat water and perhaps use summit to bitter. Would be interested to see the results of a rebrew!
