Notes
Bruery yeast knocked down to 1.018 and slowed significantly. Brought it inside and it chugged away slowly until I measured 1.5 wks later at 1.010. Racked it and let it sit for another couple weeks, final gravity of 1.004 from an OG of 1.098!!!
Will definitely do this again
