Yeast attenuation set to give about 72% AA for WLP008 East Coast @ 66.0C, based on first beer with WLP008. Trying for 1.014 FG & 4.8%. CHECK WHEN ACTUAL FG KNOWN... Based on a Cat's grainbill but with lower Crystal, just want a hint of colour to introduce a slightly maltier option. WLP008 Yeast, 555B cells = >370ml slurry (if 10 days old) NEIPA water profile
