Notes

Take 2 jars of yeast from 7/13/2019. A 1.3L starter yields 193 billion cells. Reset and figure 190 billions cells from 2/11/2020. Second 1.3L starter yeilds 338 billion cells. Splitting sparge into 2 steps to help improve efficiency. This helped on the Raging Sister-In-Law. Both sparges will be 2 gallons. This seemed to help. My pre-boil OG was on target. In the past I'd been low 4-6 points.
