OG 1.058, FG 1.020
IBU 25, SRM 40, ABV 5.1%
To mash in, add 33% of grain and stir in cocoa powder. Then add remaining grain bed over this.
Ferment at 70F
Mashed too low @148. Hope it doesnt turn out too watery - it dropped FG to 1.017 instead of 1.02 ... no biggie
FG stable at 1.017. Cold crashed on Oct 12. Keged on Oct 25This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
