8/3 am 64, both stated bubbling.
8/3 64, bubbling hard, smelling great
8/6 bubbles slowing, turn off freezer to let slowly rise to room temp. 66ish...
Pm- 66 Added 2oz Centennial to each batch loose. Krausen had fallen. Still bubbling slowly.
8/9 pm 68 added 2oz more Centennial to fermtank. Purge head space with co2.
8/10 pm 68, tasted both cloudy, delicious no diacetyl detected. Hook to 1psi & set to 35.
8/12 am, finally down to about 40 deg ran out of co2 sometime overnight. Top up with co2 shooter periodically throughout day.
PM 35, Keg, open transfer into purged kegs.
Both cloudy but tasting good. Lots of hop flavor. Sdh might be a nice balance.
