Taste Notes

29oct2020 Water profile is the key: .5g gypsum 1g CaCl Did a starter. Activity after just a few hours. 4 week fermentation with d-rest and 32F crash. Lagered 1 week: Amazeballs (maybe very slight yeast flavour) after taste is insane. Clean and slightly sweet.
