Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 80% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 66.8C. Trying for 1.008 FG. Going for IBU/SG of 0.90, back to the original Willy ratio, with 1.008 and 4.3% to try and get a really crispy summer beer. Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Mr Tasty water
