Notes
First attempt at turbo cider. Used 17l Sainsbury's own brand apple juice from concentrate, poured into fv. All water from tap, filtered through Brita filter and boiled. 2l measured and allowed to cool, 1l measured and 4 PG Tips tea bags stewed for 15 minutes. When cooled, 4 tsp Pectalose dissolved into the tea. 5g packet CML cider yeast (with nutrient included) added to 70ml boiled, cooled water, let stand for 5 mins, stired for ~15mins in water bath of 32c water until pitching. Added 30 seconds of O2 to fv after all items added to fv then pitched yeast and took gravity reading. Set chamber to 20c and allowed to cool fv.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
