Notes

9-9-20 Mashed at 152 instead of 156 because I didn’t click the adjust water temp to equipment temp box. However, with using as much crystal 20 as I did having a lower mash temp should help with producing less non-fermentable sugars. Missed the alarm for the 15 min addition. added the .5oz of mosaic at about 8-9 min and on the fly compensated by adding an additional .25oz to get the IBU back up a little bit. At flameout I didn’t add the last addition of hops. Added it after it had cooled to about 90 degrees. 4-14-21 - Mashed at 158* because I transposed the sparge and mash volumes in the beersmith mobile app. Stirred to cool down from 160* Should help with body and mouth feel.
