Notes
A great, smooth running brew day. Using fresh hops as first wort hops provides an awesome aroma. They also seemed to help provide a blanket on the wort in the boil kettle to almost eliminate the foaming prior to hot break.
Total harvest: Cascade (?): 141g
Used 4-5 times the water weight to give the "usage weight" for my brew calc's.
Dry hopped with remaining Cascade (141g wet) on 9/3.
Measured FG = 1.01
Yield:
1 x 18kg keg = 18.2 l
1 x 10.95 kg keg = 11.1 l
26 x 22 oz bottles = 19.9 l
1 x 12 oz bottle = 0.35 l
Total packaged yield: 49.55 l
