Notes

Added 1.5L to mashin and 1.5L. To sparge to reduce og to target as keep over shooting. Mash temp 65.5c keep mashtun pid 0.5C under target temp to get step temperature. Added ml 75% phosphoros acid to mash Whirlpool reduced temp to 76.6c for 20 mins Added 30secs of O2 to fermenter. 48L to fermenter @1.058 added 5 Liters water to bring volume up to 53L @1.053 1st dry hop 140g Waimea & 100g mosaic 7 days into fermentation on Wednesday. Dropped temp to 3°C. On Sat apply pressure to get hops to drop. On Sunday take out hops from bottom of Fermzilla and add 2nd dry hop of 100g Galaxy from top for 3 days. (no pressure applied) On Wednesday take out 2nd dryhop and apply pressure 10psi. FG 1.010 5.7%
