12/9 1030 tilsatt 75gKakao-nibs. Kakaoo-nibs varmet i oven på 260 C i to minutter. Ovn skrudd av, kakao inn, rørt rundt. Kakao-nibs lagt på ca 1 dl vodka noen dager før den tilsettes
