Notes

All grain and pumpkin go into the mash. Clean the pumpkin, cut into small cubes bake for 45 minutes at 350, then mash and coat with honey. Bake mashed mixture for another 45 minutes at 350, cool to 154 and add to mash. Take 3 vanilla beans cut in half, insides scraped into 4oz vodka. Let vodka sit for 2 weeks. 60 minute boil 5.5 gallons (fermenter) 6.5 gallons (preboil) Pre boil gravity 1.07 70% efficiency 276 carbs OG 1.083 FG 1.021 ABV 8.16 IBU 50.22 SRM 15.64
