Yeast attenuation set to give about 75% AA for WLP008 East Coast @ 66.5C. Trying for 1.014 FG. WLP008 Yeast - 621B cells, 4L + 2L starter NEIPA water profile Based on Wiper & True Sundance. Using up 39g of Amarillo in zero minutes hops.
