Notes
add boil hops to mash, boil 2 hours to really allow caramelization to occur.
refractometer showed SG at 1.096, but electronic refractometer showed 1.1. Fermentation stalled at 1.030 (70% attenuation - to spec for GY Scotch Ale). Added EC118 hydrated with Go Ferm on 8/25 to dry out more - doesnt seem to be drying it much
Stay in primary until Sep 6 2020. Cold crashed to 28F for 2 days and kegged on Sep 8, 2020.
