I added pineapple and coconut extract to the keg for an extra punch of flavor and everyone who tried it really loved it!
I used Amoretti Craft Puree to add the Pineapple and Coconut Flavors. I wanted a little more pineapple flavor so I added 12 oz of Pineapple and 10 oz of Coconut flavoring at the end of the primary. Fermentation restarted due to added sugar in puree. 3 days later I kegged.
