Take grain temp reading to get accurate strike temp Hops, Vanilla, Lactose, and Orange Peel go in at F/O and let sit for 30 minutes Final notes Lower FG than expected Used 2 viles of yeast but recipe calls for 1 Bottle conditioning for 2 weeks
