missed pre boil gravity. new false bottom extra long boil to get OG up switched hops maxed out mash tun maybe beer smith calulated wrong. it kept changing everytime i looked at it. i think it was too much water/ wrong ratio. mash profile was meesed up for some reason ended up missing gravity because w to g ratio was at 1.598
