Notes

Brew Day - very poor efficiency. Extended mash to 2 hours. Only have 8.5 gallons at target preboil OG of 1.044. Wheat broke down and never completely converted. Mash stuck - had to unclog using reverse pumping. Final runnings approx 1.020 but stopped at target pre-boil SG.
