Notes
Reassembled and lubricated mill before milling. Perfect day outside. Pre-boil volume was well short but yield was excellent. I went with a softer boil to minimize boil-off. Ended up with 5.1 gallons before trub loss which was approx .75 gal. Added 0.5 gal of water and 1600ml of starter. Gravity was 1.060 before dillution. Made 2000ml starter, harvested one pinte and pitched approx 1600ml. Fermented in 6 gal carboy in basement. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
