Notes

100% Red X Malt. (Entered a red mix as don't seem to have the grain option.) Based on Jaffa recipe without the orange, and using red grain. That beer had great mouthfeel from the 67C mash and finished perfectly on 1.010. Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 67C. Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Amber bitter water.
