Taste Notes
Fermented perfectly. High sulfur odor from the lager yeast. Excellent color, complex flavor. May need to age for a good 30 days+ to obtain full flavor profile desired. Notes
First Run: 20 B 1.081 OG
Second Run: 13 B 1.051

Smooth and Flavorful
by gflahertReally nice beer. Deep red and crystal clear. For a common ale this beer is ultra hoppy with a nice bready character. I think you'll enjoy it. The california lager yeast makes this beer real smooth and clear.
