Taste Notes

Kegging day forced carbonation. Definitely more dank than bitter Touch of citrius pithiness orange, tangerine pleasant very smooth mouthfeel makes drinking easy You get a hint of spearament on a clean palate, and as you drink more coats the roof of your mouth but NOT overpowering in a pleasant long lasting way drawing the hop flavors and dank to your palate for a long lasting hopflavor. For a rebrew the recipe stands alone for the summer season.....period But for year round IPA I will add 8 oz. Patigonia 190 T-N-T D-Y-N-A-M-I-T-E

Dry Hopping started on day 3 of tertiary. last dry hopping on 7/9 and temp dropped to 35 degrees.
