Taste Notes
When fresh, this beer had a strong pineapple juice flavor. Most friends loved the juiciness and the body. I thought this beer turned out outstanding. The BRU-1 and Idaho Gem hops from Yakima Valley really were the star. The 36 IBUs in the kettle was a good bitterness for the soft body this beer has.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
