Taste Notes

used a false bottom that i made and kinda had a problem with it, wasnt totally flat and allowed grains to get under and clog up tube. so i think i will go to the manifold style next batch and see how that works. color turned out great and sugar conversion turned out perfect. keggle works perfect started boiling within 15 min. added the hops to the 60 min boil. only used one yeast smack pack, beersmith calls for 3 without starter so we will see how it turns out.
